The Distinguished Young Woman of Iowa for 2021 is Anna Campbell, from Hamlin.

Anna’s achievements include: 4-Year Iowa All-State musician (French horn) • 3-Year All-State IHSMA Speech Participant • National FFA Creed Speaking Semi-Finalist (7th in Nation) • Writer's Square International Essay Contest 2018 Winner • GROWMARK Essay Contest, Iowa Champion • 2021 Presidential Scholar Canidate • 31 (and counting) DMACC college credits; 11 UND credits • 2021 Iowa Governor's Scholar • Selected for 2020 Iowa Auxiliary Legion Girls State • Summer 2020 DMACC President's List

In addition, Anna’s activities include: Band • 4-H • Choir • FFA • Large Group and Individual Speech • Art • Audubon High School Drama Department (plays and musicals) • Office Assistant at Budd Insurance Agency • Jazz Band • Parishioner at St. Patrick's Catholic Church
